This neoclassical mansion, built in 1822-1826, was commissioned by the couple Jozef van Zuylen van Nyevelt and Jeanne Arents de Beertegem. This city palace was recently restored to its monumental glory of yesteryear. Through a rhythmic carriage entrance you arrive in the spacious entrance hall where the elegant and unique Imperial staircase will take your breath away. Adjoining are three stately, Imperial salons. In the sunny garden at the centre of the formal boxwood garden, you will find the renowned and picturesque tea pavilion.
